- Monitor productivity, quality, costs and progress, taking corrective action where required.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, risk assessments, permits and safe systems of work.
- Conduct regular inspections, briefings and reviews, maintaining accurate operational and performance records.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, contractors and external stakeholders to resolve challenges and minimise disruption.

- Support the development of team members through coaching, performance management and practical training.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste and enhance operational resilience.
About you
You will have proven experience in a supervisory or management position, ideally within construction, engineering, infrastructure, logistics, manufacturing or another regulated operational environment. A strong understanding of health and safety requirements, risk management and quality control is essential.
Effective leadership, sound decision-making and excellent organisational skills are required, together with the confidence to manage competing priorities in demanding circumstances. You should be comfortable using digital systems to record information and monitor performance, and able to communicate clearly with colleagues at all levels.
Relevant vocational, technical or management qualifications are desirable. The successful candidate must demonstrate integrity, accountability and a commitment to delivering consistently high standards.
