Experience with federal acquisition procedures, prevailing wage requirements, bonding, insurance, security protocols, and government-furnished information is highly valued. Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate effectively across disciplines. A degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business, or a related field is preferred, and professional certifications are an advantage. This position may require eligibility for government site access or a security clearance.
