We are seeking an experienced Superintendent Level 3 to provide operational leadership, technical oversight and day-to-day coordination across complex worksites or service environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring activities are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule and in accordance with approved plans, procedures, quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role will suit a confident leader who can manage competing priorities, make sound decisions under pressure and build effective working relationships with employees, contractors, clients and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include supervising work teams and subcontractors, allocating resources, monitoring productivity and coordinating daily activities. You will review work plans, drawings, schedules, permits and risk assessments; identify potential issues; and implement practical solutions to maintain progress. You will monitor workmanship and service quality, verify that materials, equipment and methods meet requirements, and ensure accurate records are maintained. The role also involves conducting site inspections, toolbox talks and progress meetings, reporting on performance, investigating incidents or delays, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You will be expected to promote a strong safety culture, ensure environmental controls are followed and address non-compliance promptly and professionally.

Applicants should have substantial supervisory experience in a comparable operational, construction, maintenance or industrial environment, together with a strong understanding of relevant safety, quality and compliance obligations. A relevant trade, technical or management qualification will be highly regarded. You will demonstrate proven ability to lead diverse teams, interpret technical documentation, coordinate multiple work fronts and communicate clearly with people at all levels. Strong organisational skills, sound judgment, initiative and proficiency with standard reporting and scheduling systems are essential. The position may require working across varying locations, shifts or challenging conditions, with flexibility and a commitment to achieving reliable outcomes expected.
