We are seeking an experienced Superintendent Level 3 to provide senior operational leadership across complex projects, services or production environments. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day activities, coordinate teams and contractors, and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with approved plans, standards and performance expectations. You will be responsible for translating strategic objectives into practical actions, maintaining strong operational discipline and supporting a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Your duties will include planning and allocating resources, monitoring progress, reviewing work quality and resolving operational issues promptly. You will lead toolbox meetings, inspections and performance reviews; maintain accurate records and reports; and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, procedures and industry requirements. The role will also involve identifying hazards, implementing risk controls, investigating incidents and taking appropriate corrective action. You will liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, contractors and other relevant parties, providing clear updates on progress, risks, priorities and outcomes. Where required, you will contribute to budgeting, scheduling, procurement, workforce planning and the development of improved systems and processes.

Applicants should have substantial experience in a supervisory or superintendent-level role, preferably within a complex operational, infrastructure, engineering, construction, maintenance or industrial environment. You will need demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams, managing competing priorities and making sound decisions in time-sensitive situations. Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills are essential, together with the ability to interpret technical information and produce accurate documentation. Relevant qualifications, licences, trade credentials or formal leadership training will be highly regarded. A commitment to workplace safety, ethical conduct, quality service and respectful team leadership is required, along with the flexibility to work across changing operational demands and, where applicable, varied sites, shifts or rosters.
