Your responsibilities will include assisting with project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, procurement activities, and progress reports. You will coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, monitor actions, and maintain accurate project documentation. You may also contribute to quality assurance, health and safety compliance, and lessons-learned reviews.

The successful candidate will have experience supporting projects, programmes, or operational initiatives, ideally within construction, engineering, property, technology, infrastructure, or a similar environment. You should be highly organised, commercially aware, and confident managing competing priorities and deadlines. Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills are essential, together with excellent attention to detail. Familiarity with project management methodologies, scheduling tools, risk and issue management, and Microsoft Office or comparable software would be advantageous. A relevant qualification in project management, business, engineering, construction, or a related discipline is desirable, although practical experience and a willingness to learn will also be valued.
