Graduate Project Manager - Cities & Places (Dublin)

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Project Manager to join a multidisciplinary team delivering projects that shape cities, communities and the places where people live and work. Based in Dublin, you will support the planning and delivery of projects across the built environment, working alongside experienced project managers, consultants, designers, contractors and clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop practical project management experience while contributing to meaningful, high-quality outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with project planning, scheduling, reporting and progress tracking; preparing meeting agendas, minutes and action logs; maintaining project documentation, registers and risk information; and supporting the coordination of design, procurement, construction and close-out activities. You will help monitor budgets, timelines, deliverables and quality requirements, identify emerging issues and support the development of effective solutions. You may also contribute to client communications, presentations, data analysis and the preparation of project and programme reports. A strong focus on collaboration, organisation and continuous learning will be essential.

Applicants should hold, or be working towards, a degree in project management, construction, engineering, architecture, planning, business or a related discipline. Some experience through internships, placements, part-time work or academic projects is desirable, as is an understanding of project lifecycles and the built environment. You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, confidence managing competing priorities and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint, is expected; familiarity with project management or collaboration tools would be an advantage. A proactive attitude, commercial awareness, sound judgement and enthusiasm for creating better cities and places will help you succeed in this role.
