Our team is made up of Senior, Mid and Junior level recruiters based in our Orlando office from both the United Kingdom and America. EWI are seeking graduates to join our team and work with developing new business, winning new clients, managing accounts and expanding existing candidate networks. You will be focusing on Renewable Energy projects across the US. You will work with both client accounts and candidates.

The role is based out of our Downtown Orlando office.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Documented previous work experience or internship
• Strong writing ability, effective listening and verbal expression
• As a person you must be extremely motivated, have an strong desire for success
• It's is vital that in your nature you are clear and transparent, with strong values and a good moral compass

It is a strong merit if you have any of the following:

• Marketing and branding experience
• Social media management
• Sales experience

What you will do;

• Writing job advertisements
• Reviewing advert responses
• Booking interviews for candidates
• CV formatting
• Candidate compliance
• Resourcing candidates
• Aftercare calls
• Candidate telephone and video interviews
• Social media management
• Business development
