The market leading infrastructure recruitment specialist is supporting a major International Consultancy who are requiring a

General Planning / Progress and Risk Manager for a recently awarded High-Speed Rail project in Latvia.

Opportunity:

The successful individual shall be joining one of the worlds leading Consultancy firms working on behalf of the end client and leading the Planning & Risk elements of this Internationally financed project during the construction supervision phase.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the success of this high-profile project.

Responsibilities:

As the General Planning and Risk Manager you shall be working closely with Project Director & Project Controls team to plan and monitor all aspects of the project using Primavera software. Work closely with all stakeholders (End client, European Contractor etc.) to ensure a successful outcome and protect the client from Risk.

You shall be responsible for Verify and support Contractor in ensuring progress and risk management

Key requirements for the role:

  • Degree in Engineering / Risk Management or a related discipline
  • 10+ years as planning experience as planning engineer in transport infrastructure
  • 5+ years' experience working in Primavera P6
  • Previous Consultancy/ Client side experience
  • Regional experience would be beneficial but not essential.

English

Salary/ Package

The salary would be vin the region of €9-11,000 per month (Gross) with additional allowance for accommodation.
