We are hiring ambitious professionals to join our London team as International Recruitment Consultants.
This is not an HR or Talent Acquisition role.
This is a fast-paced, commercial sales career where you will build client relationships, win business, negotiate deals and work with senior professionals across the global infrastructure market.
What You'll Be DoingBuilding relationships with international clients and candidatesfull 360 recruitmentDeveloping new business across global marketsManaging recruitment processes for major engineering projectsNegotiating commercial agreements and salariesHeadhunting senior professionals within renewable energy and infrastructureWorking towards sales targets and commission goalsBecoming a specialist within a high-growth global marketWhat We're Looking For2-3 Years experience in international freelance recruitment across any STEM discipline (Tech, Construction, Life Sciences, Data Centres etc) Exposure to agency recruitment or high-volume hiring environmentsCommercially minded individuals Competitive personalities with strong communication skillsPeople motivated by progression, performance and high earningsWe are not looking for HR or internal Talent Acquisition backgrounds for this position.
Language skills are advantageous but not essential, particularly:
German, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, French, Spanish or Italian.
