- Investigate incidents, delays and defects, implementing practical solutions and preventative measures.
- Contribute to planning, risk assessments, site meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
About you
You will have substantial experience in a supervisory or superintendent-level role, ideally within construction, engineering, infrastructure, facilities or another complex operational setting. A relevant technical qualification or industry certification would be advantageous, alongside a strong understanding of site safety and quality requirements.
You should be decisive, approachable and comfortable managing competing demands. Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels. A valid driving licence and flexibility to work across varying site conditions or shift patterns may be required.
