Project Manager

We are seeking an organised and experienced Project Manager to lead the successful planning and delivery of a range of projects from initiation through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional who can coordinate people, processes and resources while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standard.

You will work closely with internal teams, external partners and key stakeholders to define objectives, establish delivery plans and monitor progress. The role requires strong communication skills, sound commercial awareness and the confidence to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage projects throughout their full lifecycle, including scoping, planning, delivery and closure.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and risk registers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure responsibilities, milestones and deadlines are clearly understood.
  • Monitor project performance, costs, quality and resource requirements, taking corrective action where necessary.
  • Identify, assess and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and opportunities.
  • Provide clear and regular updates to stakeholders, including progress reports and recommendations.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops and project reviews, maintaining accurate documentation and records.
  • Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and refining project delivery processes.

About you

You will have proven experience managing projects in a structured and collaborative environment, with a track record of delivering measurable results. A recognised project management qualification, such as PRINCE2, APM or Agile certification, would be advantageous, although equivalent practical experience will be considered.

You should be confident using project management tools and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and reporting systems. Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential, alongside the capacity to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
