About you
You will have proven experience managing paving, surfacing, highways or related civil engineering projects. A strong understanding of construction methods, contract administration, health and safety legislation and commercial controls is essential. Experience working with subcontractors and managing multiple projects simultaneously would be highly advantageous.
You should be organised, commercially aware and confident when making decisions under pressure. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required, together with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels. A relevant construction qualification, such as an HNC, degree or equivalent practical experience, is desirable. A valid driving licence and willingness to travel between sites are also required.
In return, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in delivering varied and high-profile paving projects, while developing your career within a supportive and professional environment.
