Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a range of projects from initial planning through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and commercially aware professional who can manage competing priorities, build strong relationships and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and success measures.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, risk registers and reporting processes.
- Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor progress, manage dependencies and take timely action to resolve issues or delays.
- Lead project meetings and provide clear, concise updates to senior stakeholders.
- Identify, assess and manage project risks, assumptions and change requests.
- Ensure all work is delivered in line with relevant policies, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement across project delivery.
About you
You will have proven experience managing projects in a structured and collaborative environment, with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes. You should be confident working with budgets, schedules, governance processes and project management tools, as well as communicating effectively with people at all levels.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing requirements. Strong negotiation, influencing and problem-solving skills are essential, together with excellent written and verbal communication.
Essential experience and skills
- Demonstrable experience in a project management role.
- Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong planning, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of project governance, risk management and budget control.
- Proficiency with standard project management and office software.
- A relevant project management qualification, or demonstrable equivalent experience, would be advantageous.
