- Monitor programme performance and implement corrective actions where risks, delays or cost pressures arise.
- Manage procurement, contract administration, change control and commercial matters in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, environmental, technical and regulatory requirements.
- Build effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, local authorities and delivery partners.
- Support commissioning, project close-out, lessons learned and the successful handover of completed assets.
About you
You will have proven experience managing water, wastewater, civil engineering or related infrastructure projects, ideally within a contractor, consultancy, utility or regulated environment. A relevant qualification in civil engineering, project management, construction or a similar discipline is desirable, alongside recognised project management or contract management training.
Strong knowledge of project controls, risk management, construction processes and health and safety legislation is essential. You should be an effective communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills, sound commercial judgement and the ability to make informed decisions in a demanding delivery environment.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to essential infrastructure projects while developing your career within a collaborative and technically focused setting.
