A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent field experience will be considered. OSHA training or other relevant safety credentials are advantageous. Candidates must be willing to travel regularly, work varied hours when project demands require, and maintain a professional, collaborative approach on every jobsite.
