Key responsibilities will include reviewing plans and specifications, establishing site logistics, coordinating trades and inspections, monitoring progress, and identifying and resolving construction issues promptly. A strong focus on detail, finish quality and customer care is essential throughout each stage of the build.

Applicants should have substantial experience supervising high-end custom residential construction, ideally with a proven track record managing complex projects from groundworks to completion. A thorough understanding of construction methods, sequencing, drawings, specifications and industry standards is required, together with the confidence to manage multiple subcontractors and competing priorities. You should be commercially aware, proactive and capable of making sound decisions independently while maintaining collaborative working relationships. Relevant construction qualifications, site-management certification and current health and safety training are desirable.
