Construction Manager - El Paso TX

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee construction activities in El Paso, TX. This role is responsible for coordinating projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, engineers, and internal stakeholders to maintain efficient project progress and resolve issues promptly.

A degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related discipline is preferred, together with relevant industry certifications where applicable. Strong leadership, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to read and interpret construction documents and use project management software. The role requires regular presence on active job sites, effective communication with diverse teams, and the flexibility to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally between project locations may also be required.
