We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Scheduler to support daily operations in Orlando, Florida. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, allocating resources, and ensuring appointments, work assignments, and service activities are arranged efficiently and accurately. The successful candidate will communicate regularly with customers, field personnel, supervisors, and internal teams to confirm requirements, resolve scheduling conflicts, and maintain a smooth workflow.

Key responsibilities include creating and updating daily schedules; assigning personnel, vehicles, equipment, or work orders according to availability and priority; confirming appointments and communicating changes in a timely manner; monitoring progress and adjusting schedules when delays, cancellations, or urgent requests arise; and maintaining accurate records in scheduling, customer relationship management, or enterprise systems. The Scheduler will also review incoming requests, identify potential issues before they affect service delivery, prepare reports, and escalate operational concerns when appropriate. Strong customer service and professional communication are essential, as the role may involve handling questions, managing expectations, and responding calmly to time-sensitive situations.

Applicants should have previous experience in scheduling, dispatch, coordination, administration, customer service, or a related operational environment.
