Project Manager I
Project Manager I
We are seeking an organised and motivated Project Manager I to support the successful delivery of projects from initiation through to completion. This role is suited to someone who enjoys coordinating people, processes and information, and who is keen to develop their project management experience in a collaborative environment.
Working with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation, you will help ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the required standard. You will maintain clear documentation, monitor progress and provide timely updates, while supporting the identification and resolution of issues.
Key responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination and delivery of projects in line with agreed objectives, timescales and budgets.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, action logs, risk registers and other relevant documentation.
- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas and records, and track actions through to completion.
- Coordinate activities across internal teams, suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, dependencies, risks and issues, escalating concerns where appropriate.
- Prepare clear status reports, presentations and updates for project leads and stakeholders.
- Support change control, budget tracking and the review of project deliverables.
- Contribute to lessons-learned activities and the continuous improvement of project processes.
About you
You will have experience of supporting or managing projects, with the ability to organise competing priorities and work methodically to meet deadlines. You should be confident communicating with people at different levels, building effective working relationships and presenting information clearly.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, dependable and comfortable taking ownership of tasks. A practical understanding of project management principles, risk management and stakeholder coordination is important. Experience using project planning, collaboration and reporting tools would be advantageous, as would a relevant qualification or demonstrable commitment to professional development.
In return, you will have the opportunity to build your project management career while contributing to meaningful work in a supportive and inclusive environment. Flexible working arrangements may be available, alongside training and development opportunities.
