Working closely with contractors, consultants and project stakeholders, you will monitor progress, resolve site-based issues and provide accurate updates to the wider project team. The role will involve regular site presence and may require travel between project locations.
Key responsibilities
- Represent the client on site and maintain effective working relationships with contractors and other stakeholders.
- Monitor construction progress, workmanship, materials and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

- Attend progress meetings, contribute to project reporting and provide clear, timely updates.
- Coordinate inspections, testing and commissioning activities where required.
- Ensure works are carried out in accordance with relevant legislation, contracts, technical standards and environmental requirements.

- Knowledge of health and safety legislation and quality assurance procedures.
- Ability to interpret project documentation and monitor contractual compliance.
- Excellent communication, reporting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work on site and travel as required.
