We are seeking an experienced Road Marking Construction Supervisor to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of road-marking works across a range of infrastructure and maintenance projects. In this role, you will act as the link between project management, contractors, site personnel, traffic coordinators, and other stakeholders to ensure that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved plans, technical specifications, and applicable regulations.

Your responsibilities will include preparing and coordinating work activities, reviewing drawings and traffic-management arrangements, monitoring progress, and following up on quality, schedules, and costs. You will supervise contractors and field teams, conduct site inspections, identify and resolve practical issues, and ensure that road markings are correctly applied and meet required standards for visibility, durability, dimensions, and positioning. You will also contribute to risk assessments, work-environment planning, documentation, handover procedures, and communication with relevant authorities and project partners. Accurate reporting and proactive follow-up will be important parts of the position.

We are looking for someone with practical experience in construction supervision, road marking, road infrastructure, or a closely related field. You should have a good understanding of construction processes, traffic safety, work-zone requirements, and quality assurance. The ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, coordinate several activities at once, and make sound decisions in the field is essential. Strong communication and collaboration skills are required, together with a structured and solution-oriented approach. A relevant technical qualification and experience working with contractors or public infrastructure projects are advantageous. A valid driving licence and the flexibility to travel between worksites may also be required. The successful candidate will be dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable taking responsibility in a dynamic working environment.
