Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of projects from initiation through to completion. You will be responsible for defining project scope, objectives, timelines and deliverables, while ensuring that outcomes align with business priorities and stakeholder expectations. Working with cross-functional teams, you will coordinate resources, establish effective ways of working and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include developing and managing detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, risk registers and reporting frameworks. You will monitor progress against agreed milestones, identify dependencies and resolve issues before they affect delivery. The role will involve facilitating project meetings, preparing status updates for senior stakeholders, managing change control and ensuring that decisions, actions and documentation are accurately recorded. You will also oversee supplier or partner relationships where required, support quality assurance activities and ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with relevant governance, regulatory and organisational standards.

Applicants should have proven experience managing projects in a complex or fast-paced environment, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools and best practice. Excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively with people at all levels. You should be confident communicating clearly with technical and non-technical audiences, influencing stakeholders and presenting concise progress updates. A recognised project management qualification, such as PRINCE2, AgilePM or PMP, would be advantageous. Experience managing budgets, risks, third-party suppliers and multidisciplinary teams is also desirable. A proactive, adaptable approach and a consistent focus on delivering high-quality outcomes are essential for success in this role.
