- Support commercial management, including forecasting, cost control, valuations, and change management.
- Oversee testing, inspection, commissioning, handover documentation, and close-out activities.
About you
You will have proven experience managing civil engineering projects in a site-based capacity, ideally across infrastructure, highways, utilities, earthworks, structures, or similar sectors. A relevant construction or civil engineering qualification is preferred, together with appropriate site management and health and safety certification.
Strong leadership, organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. You should be confident interpreting technical drawings and specifications, managing competing priorities, and making sound decisions in a demanding project environment. A proactive approach, commercial awareness, and commitment to delivering high-quality work safely are also required.
This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in delivering significant civil engineering projects while working with experienced professionals across a collaborative site environment.
