- Develop and maintain detailed programmes, budgets, risk registers and delivery plans.
- Coordinate design development, procurement, logistics, construction activities and commissioning.
- Lead site-based teams, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure effective collaboration.
- Monitor progress against agreed milestones, identifying and resolving issues before they affect delivery.
- Maintain robust reporting procedures, including updates on programme, cost, quality, health and safety and risk.
- Ensure compliance with planning conditions, building regulations, CDM requirements and company procedures.
- Manage change control, variations, commercial matters and contractual obligations in conjunction with the relevant teams.
- Oversee quality assurance, inspections, testing, snagging and the final handover process.
About you
You will have proven experience as a Project Manager delivering ground-up construction projects, ideally within a complex commercial, residential, mixed-use or regeneration environment. A relevant qualification in construction, engineering or project management is preferred, together with strong knowledge of construction methods, health and safety legislation and contract administration.
Excellent communication, negotiation and decision-making skills are essential. You will be confident working under pressure, capable of managing competing priorities and committed to delivering outstanding results through strong leadership and attention to detail.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing project team and make a significant contribution to the successful delivery of a landmark development.
