We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists with a strong background in machining large and heavy industrial components. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-value engineering projects across international locations, supporting industries such as hydropower, power generation, heavy manufacturing, marine, and industrial equipment.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working with large CNC machinery and willing to travel overseas for project assignments, installations, maintenance support, and on-site machining activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and set up CNC milling, boring, turning, or machining centre equipment.Machine large-scale components to precise engineering tolerances.Interpret and work from complex engineering drawings and specifications.Perform machine inspections, tooling selection, and quality checks.Support site-based machining activities and customer projects internationally.Ensure compliance with quality, health & safety, and operational procedures.Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements.RequirementsProven experience as a CNC Machinist working on large or heavy engineering parts.Experience with CNC milling machines, horizontal boring mills, vertical lathes, or gantry machining centres.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and machining documentation.Strong understanding of machining tolerances, measurement techniques, and quality standards.Willingness and ability to travel internationally at short notice.Valid passport and eligibility to travel globally.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on-site.Desirable ExperienceHydropower equipment manufacturingTurbines and generatorsHeavy industrial machineryOil & Gas equipmentMarine or shipbuilding componentsPower generation equipmentLarge castings and forgingsWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.International project exposure.Opportunity to work on large-scale engineering projects worldwide.Career development within a growing and specialised engineering sector.Travel, accommodation, and project-related expenses covered where applicable.
