Project Manager
Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a range of projects from initial planning through to completion. This is an opportunity to coordinate people, processes and resources while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
You will work closely with stakeholders, suppliers and internal teams to define objectives, establish delivery plans and manage project performance. The successful candidate will be organised, commercially aware and confident making informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage projects through the full lifecycle, including initiation, planning, delivery, monitoring and closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and resource requirements.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and allocate responsibilities effectively.
- Track progress against milestones, costs, risks and agreed performance measures.
- Identify, assess and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
- Provide clear and regular updates to stakeholders, escalating concerns where appropriate.
- Facilitate meetings, maintain accurate documentation and ensure actions are completed.
- Support continuous improvement by reviewing project outcomes and capturing lessons learnt.
About you
You will have proven experience managing projects in a structured and collaborative environment, with the ability to balance competing priorities and maintain momentum. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as is the confidence to work with colleagues at all levels.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate strong commercial and analytical awareness, alongside a practical, solutions-focused approach. You should be comfortable working independently, managing ambiguity and adapting plans in response to changing requirements.
Essential skills and experience
- Previous experience in a Project Manager or similar project delivery role.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies and governance.
- Experience managing budgets, resources, risks and stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent written, verbal and organisational skills.
- Proficiency with project management and Microsoft Office tools.
- A relevant project management qualification, such as PRINCE2, APM or Agile certification, is desirable.
This role offers the chance to make a visible contribution, lead meaningful initiatives and develop your career within a supportive and professional working environment.
