Bridge Supervision Engineer (Cable‑Stayed Specialist) - Vietnam
The market leading infrastructure recruitment specialist is seeking a highly experienced Bridge Supervision Engineer with specialized expertise in cable‑stayed structures to join an international supervision team on a major transportation infrastructure project in Vietnam. This senior position requires deep technical knowledge and proven leadership on complex bridge developments.
Professional Experience
20+ years of experience in transportation infrastructure constructionStrong background in construction supervision in leadership capacities such as:Project Manager (PM)Cable‑Stayed Bridge ExpertLead Supervision EngineerDemonstrated ability to oversee contractor performance, ensure quality compliance, and liaise effectively with international stakeholders.
Project Experience
Minimum of two (2) major cable‑stayed or suspension bridge projects.Applicable projects must include main span lengths greater than 300 meters.Experience must reflect significant supervisory or expert-level involvement.
Regional Experience (Preferred)
Strong preference for candidates with work experience in the Southeast Asian region, particularly within Vietnam or neighbouring countries. This includes familiarity with local working conditions, engineering standards, and contractor environments.
Additional Expectations
Solid understanding of international construction standards and supervision methodologies.Ability to work within donor‑funded or multinational project frameworks is an advantage.Excellent command of English for reporting, coordination, and client interface.
Salary Package:
Salary is expected to be circa $10-12,000 per month tax free plus expatriate package.
