We are seeking a Rolling Stock Fleet Support Center Engineer to provide technical coordination and operational support for a modern rail vehicle fleet. The role will act as a central point of contact for maintenance teams, control rooms, suppliers, and engineering functions, helping to ensure that rolling stock remains safe, reliable, and available for service. You will monitor fleet performance, assess technical issues, and support the timely resolution of faults affecting vehicle operations.

Your responsibilities will include analysing in-service failures, reviewing maintenance and diagnostic data, and coordinating troubleshooting activities across relevant teams. You will provide clear technical guidance on corrective actions, track recurring defects, and contribute to root-cause investigations and reliability improvement programmes. The position will also involve supporting incident management, escalating safety-critical or operationally significant issues, and maintaining accurate records of fleet defects, interventions, and vehicle status.
