We are seeking an experienced Wastewater Superintendent to oversee the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of a wastewater treatment facility. This role will lead daily plant operations, ensuring treatment processes, equipment, and site activities meet regulatory, environmental, safety, and performance requirements. The successful candidate will provide hands-on leadership to operational staff, coordinate maintenance activities, and promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and safe working practices.

Key responsibilities include supervising, scheduling, and mentoring treatment plant operators; monitoring influent and effluent flows, sampling results, and process performance; maintaining accurate operational records and regulatory reports; and responding promptly to alarms, process upsets, equipment failures, and emergency situations. You will coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance, assist with capital improvement projects, manage chemical usage and inventory, and liaise with contractors, laboratories, regulators, and other stakeholders as required. The role will also involve reviewing standard operating procedures, identifying opportunities to improve plant efficiency, supporting budget preparation, and ensuring staff are appropriately trained and certified.

Applicants should have substantial experience in wastewater treatment operations, including practical knowledge of biological treatment processes, collection systems, pumps, instrumentation, dewatering, and regulatory compliance. A relevant qualification in water or wastewater treatment, environmental science, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred, together with a recognised wastewater operator certification appropriate to the facility. Strong leadership, organisation, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in an industrial environment, using operational and maintenance management systems, and participating in an on-call or emergency response rota where required. A valid driving licence and the ability to pass applicable background, medical, and safety checks may also be required.

We are seeking a Senior Water Resources Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex water resources, stormwater, flood management, and drainage projects. This role will oversee projects from initial scope development and feasibility through design, permitting, construction support, and closeout, ensuring that deliverables meet client requirements, regulatory standards, technical expectations, and agreed budgets and schedules. The successful candidate will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with clients, agencies, contractors, and community stakeholders, and provide clear direction throughout each project phase.

Key responsibilities include developing scopes of work, fee proposals, schedules, risk registers, and project execution plans; managing budgets, contracts, resources, and project performance; reviewing technical reports, hydraulic and hydrologic models, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates; and supporting permitting and regulatory approvals.
