Key responsibilities include developing project schedules, coordinating procurement processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The EPC Project Manager will also be tasked with risk assessment and mitigation, managing project budgets, and providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress and performance. A strong focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution is essential, as well as the capacity to adapt to changing project requirements and challenges.
