We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer IV to lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects. This senior role will oversee multidisciplinary engineering assignments from concept through construction, ensuring that technical solutions are practical, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with client and community needs. Projects may include water treatment and distribution systems, wastewater collection and treatment facilities, pumping stations, storage facilities, pipelines, and related civil infrastructure.

Responsibilities include managing project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and technical deliverables; preparing and reviewing engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, reports, and permitting documents; and coordinating the work of engineers, designers, surveyors, contractors, and specialist consultants. You will provide technical leadership during design development, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout, while identifying risks and resolving complex engineering or construction issues. The role also involves participating in client meetings, presenting recommendations, supporting proposals and business development activities, and mentoring less experienced team members. You will be expected to promote safe working practices and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, or water resources engineering, or a closely related discipline, together with substantial experience delivering water and wastewater projects.
