Per una società internazionale attiva nel settore delle energie rinnovabili, in forte crescita sul mercato italiano, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Financial Specialist / Accounting Specialist da inserire nel team Finance di Milano, a diretto supporto del Finance Manager.

La società è un produttore e sviluppatore indipendent, attivo lungo l'intero ciclo di vita dei progetti utility-scale, dalla fase di sviluppo e finanziamento fino alla costruzione e gestione degli impianti, con un portafoglio internazionale focalizzato principalmente su fotovoltaico, eolico e BESS.

💼 La posizione

La risorsa entrerà a far parte del team Finance e supporterà il Finance Manager nelle attività amministrative, contabili e finanziarie, con la possibilità di acquisire una visione a 360° della gestione finanziaria di una realtà internazionale in fase di crescita.

Le principali responsabilità includeranno:

Supporto nelle attività di contabilità generale e nella gestione ordinaria della funzione Finance;Gestione e controllo di ciclo attivo e passivo;Supporto nelle attività di chiusura mensile e annuale;Predisposizione di report finanziari e di management reporting;Monitoraggio e supporto nella gestione dei flussi di cassa;Supporto nelle attività di budgeting, forecasting e analisi degli scostamenti;Gestione e verifica di fatture e pagamenti;Interfaccia con commercialisti, revisori, consulenti e altri interlocutori esterni;Supporto alle attività finance relative alle società italiane del Gruppo;Contributo alla strutturazione e all'ottimizzazione dei processi Finance in un contesto in forte evoluzione.👤 Il candidato ideale

This role will be responsible for managing the project from notice to proceed through commissioning and final handover, ensuring that work is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual, technical, and quality requirements. The successful candidate will coordinate all project activities across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and relevant stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining the project execution plan, schedule, budget, cash flow forecast, risk register, procurement strategy, and reporting systems. You will provide leadership to site and project teams, monitor progress against milestones, resolve technical and commercial issues, and manage change orders, claims, and contract compliance. The role will also involve coordinating design reviews, equipment and material deliveries, site logistics, construction sequencing, inspections, testing, energisation, commissioning, and turnover documentation. Maintaining effective communication with clients, utilities, authorities, landowners, subcontractors, and internal leadership will be essential. A strong commitment to health, safety, environmental protection, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance is required at every stage of the project.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related discipline, together with substantial experience managing EPC or large-scale renewable energy, power, infrastructure, or industrial construction projects. Experience delivering utility-scale solar projects, including photovoltaic systems, substations, transmission or interconnection works, civil construction, and commissioning, is highly desirable. Candidates should be confident managing complex contracts and multidisciplinary teams, with strong commercial, organisational, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
