We are currently seeking an experienced Environmental Engineer to join our project team in Vaasa, Finland. This role will be responsible for supporting the environmental management of projects, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, sustainability objectives, and company standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the implementation of environmental management systems and processes across the project lifecycleEnsure compliance with environmental legislation, regulations, and project-specific requirementsMonitor environmental performance on site, including waste management, emissions, and resource usageConduct environmental inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate environmental impactsCoordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to promote environmentally responsible practicesAssist in the development and implementation of environmental plans, including waste management and sustainability strategiesMonitor and report on environmental KPIs and performance metricsSupport incident investigations related to environmental issues and assist in implementing corrective actionsEnsure all environmental documentation and records are maintained and up to dateAttend Site Meetings, Environmental Meetings, and Project ReviewsAdvise site teams on environmental compliance and best practicesSupport initiatives to improve sustainability performance, including energy efficiency and waste reductionIdentify environmental risks and support their mitigation and resolution

Required Qualifications and Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or similar disciplineMinimum 3 - 5 years' experience in an environmental engineering role within construction or engineeringGood knowledge of environmental regulations, standards, and best practicesExperience supporting environmental management on construction or infrastructure projectsStrong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skillsGood communication and stakeholder coordination abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary project teamStrong attention to detail and commitment to sustainabilityData centre, industrial, or mission-critical project experience is advantageous

Our client who is a specialist electrical engineering consultancy, focused on data centres and high-voltage infrastructure projects

We are looking for an experienced Protection and Control Engineer to strengthen their site delivery capability. This role has a strong practical, on-site focus: you will spend the majority of your time at project and client sites, following up installation work, executing testing and commissioning activities, and ensuring a clean, well-documented handover to the client. You will act as the technical anchor on site, coordinating closely with project management, panel and installation contractors, and client representatives to keep protection and control deliverables on schedule and to the required quality standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up installation works on site for protection, control, and automation systems, ensuring compliance with design documentation, wiring diagrams, and applicable standards.Plan and execute site acceptance testing (SAT) and commissioning of protection relays, control and automation systems, and associated secondary equipment.Carry out functional testing, protection relay setting verification, loop checks, and interlocking/logic testing on site.Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues arising during installation, testing, and commissioning, escalating and coordinating corrective actions as needed.Act as the technical point of contact on site for contractors, subcontractors, and client personnel before and during commissioning phases.Ensure work on site is carried out safely and in accordance with HSE requirements and site-specific procedures.Prepare and maintain accurate site documentation, including test reports, punch lists, non-conformance reports, and as-built records.Coordinate and lead the handover process to the client, ensuring documentation, test records, and outstanding items are properly closed out.Provide feedback from site activities to the engineering and design teams to support continuous improvement.Support project schedules by proactively flagging risks or delays related to installation, testing, or commissioning progress.

Required Qualifications and Competencies:

Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, automation, or a related discipline (relevant experience may compensate for formal education).Solid experience as a Protection and Control Engineer, with a strong track record in site follow-upSolid experience of testing, and commissioning of protection and control systems.Experience with both medium voltage and high voltage systems.Practical, hands-on experience with protection relays and secondary systems from major suppliers (e.g. ABB, Siemens, SEL, GE).Experienced in protection and control systems for transmission infrastructure up to and including 132kV.Good understanding of protection and control philosophy for substations, and of testing and commissioning procedures.Experience coordinating on-site activities with contractors and clients, and comfortable taking technical ownership on site.Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including extended periods on-site, domestically and/or internationally as required by projects.Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Preferred / Nice to Have:

Experience with IEC 61850-based systems and communication protocols.Familiarity with SCADA and station automation systems.Relevant site safety certifications (e.g. working at heights, first aid, high-voltage safety courses).Experience working within the Norwegian power grid sector or with Norwegian utilities.Experienced in protection and control systems for transmission infrastructure up to and including 400kV.

They are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects in 7 different European countries, equating to over 430 MW of IT load in flight.

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to join the team on a large-scale data centre project in Vaasa. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the electrical package, from design coordination and procurement through to installation, testing, and commissioning. They will oversee subcontractors and site teams, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and work closely with clients and project stakeholders to deliver the package on time, within budget, and to the highest standards

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Electrical Systems package from design coordination to installation, testing, and commissioning.Oversee site safety in conjunction with the Project Manager and the Engineering & Contracting Safety Advisor, including setup, management, and close-out of the safety file as part of the management team.Promote and maintain a strong Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) culture within your team.Collaborate with the Project Manager, consulting engineers, and the client to manage the project schedule and ensure timely delivery.Manage all costs associated with the electrical package, including:Engineering & Contracting Electrical Team, Subcontractors, Material deliveries and goods receipting, Plant and equipment. Variations and valuationsOversee all day-to-day site operations, ensuring policies and procedures are followed closely.Supervise subcontractor activities, tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels.Maintain and manage the client's Engineering & Contracting "In Progress" snagging system, ensuring supervisors submit weekly punch lists and distributing all snags to relevant subcontractors.

We are seeking an experienced MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of complex mechanical, electrical and public health projects. The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing all quantity surveying activities from pre-construction through to final account, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual, financial and programme requirements. This role will involve working closely with project managers, design teams, engineers, subcontractors and clients to maintain strong commercial control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities will include preparing cost plans, budgets, forecasts and valuations; reviewing tender and contract documentation; managing procurement and subcontractor packages; assessing variations, compensation events and extensions of time; and monitoring costs against approved budgets. You will prepare and negotiate interim applications, payment certificates, change orders and final accounts, while maintaining accurate records of commitments, risks and opportunities. The role will also require regular commercial reporting, identification of potential savings, evaluation of claims and support with dispute avoidance and resolution. You will ensure that all commercial processes comply with relevant contractual obligations, internal procedures and industry standards.

Applicants should have significant quantity surveying experience within MEP, building services, construction or related engineering environments, ideally gained on major commercial, industrial, infrastructure or data centre projects. A relevant degree or professional qualification in quantity surveying, commercial management or a related discipline is preferred, alongside strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, cost management and financial reporting. Excellent negotiation, analytical and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure. Proficiency with commercial management and estimating software, together with a structured and proactive approach, will be highly valued. Professional membership or progress towards chartered status would be advantageous.
