We are seeking a dedicated Associate or Senior Wildlife Biologist/Regulatory Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting field surveys and assessments to monitor wildlife populations and habitats, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. You will analyze ecological data and prepare comprehensive reports that inform project planning and environmental impact assessments. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will provide expert guidance on wildlife management strategies and regulatory requirements, supporting sustainable development and conservation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in wildlife biology, ecology, or a related field, along with experience in regulatory compliance. A Master’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred for senior-level applicants. Proficiency in GIS software, statistical analysis, and data management is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively engage with stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profit organizations, and the public. A valid driver’s license and the ability to work in diverse environments and conditions are also necessary for this position.
