Per conto di un'importante realtà operante nel settore delle grandi opere infrastrutturali, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Contract Manager da inserire in progetti strategici su territorio svizzero, principalmente nell'area del Ticino. I progetti in corso e in partenza includono infrastrutture ferroviarie di rilievo e potenzialmente anche sviluppi complessi come data centers.

La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del team di progetto e risponderà gerarchicamente al Project Manager di commessa e funzionalmente al Responsabile del Dipartimento Contract.

Principali responsabilità:

Gestione contrattuale completa di una o più commesse, sia per i contratti con il committente che per i contratti di subappalto.

Analisi dei contratti principali per individuazione dei rischi, deliverables e clausole critiche.

Supporto al Project Manager nella formazione del team operativo riguardo diritti e obblighi contrattuali.

Gestione della corrispondenza formale e delle notifiche contrattuali con il cliente e con i subappaltatori.

Coordinamento della preparazione delle varianti contrattuali e del processo di certificazione attiva secondo le procedure contrattuali.

Supervisione della documentazione contrattuale, reporting mensile e predisposizione dei claim.

Collaborazione alla risoluzione di contenziosi e dispute, anche attraverso meccanismi ADR, arbitrato o procedure giudiziarie.

Supporto nella chiusura contrattuale e nella consegna finale delle opere.

Requisiti richiesti:

Laurea in Ingegneria o Giurisprudenza.

Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli simili, preferibilmente nel settore delle costruzioni o infrastrutture complesse.

Conoscenza approfondita della contrattualistica svizzera (Norme SIA, KBOB) e internazionale (FIDIC).

Esperienza nella gestione di contenziosi contrattuali e nella negoziazione con committenti e subappaltatori.

Conoscenze di contabilità di cantiere e amministrazione di commessa.

Ottima padronanza della lingua italiana e inglese; la conoscenza del tedesco e/o del francese costituisce un plus.

Competenza avanzata nell'uso di MS Office (inclusi MS Project e PowerPoint); preferibile conoscenza di software gestionali per gare e cantieri.

Attitudine al lavoro in team, flessibilità, spirito d'iniziativa e spiccate doti comunicative.
