Location: Milano (lavoro da remoto 2 giorni a settimana)
Una realtà spagnola nel mercato italiano delle rinnovabili da un decennnio ricerca Project Engineer da inserire nel team italiano per seguire progetti solari Utility Scale e BESS.
Con progetti attivi in più Paesi e una crescita costante sul mercato europeo, l'azienda è specializzata nella progettazione, ingegneria e realizzazione di soluzioni energetiche avanzate, con un focus su impianti fotovoltaici e BESS.
Le principali attivitá e responsabilitá:Gestione tecnica dei progetti fotovoltaici e BESS in fase di sviluppo, permitting e costruzione
Coordinamento con team interni ed esterni (sviluppo, permitting, EPC, fornitori, consulenti)
Verifica dei layout, specifiche tecniche e studi di fattibilità
Supporto alla preparazione della documentazione tecnica per gare, offerte e contratti
Analisi dei vincoli tecnici, connessione alla rete e stime di producibilità
Supervisione della fase esecutiva e collaborazione al commissioning
Mantenimento degli standard tecnici, ambientali e di sicurezza secondo le normative italiane ed europee
Le caratteristiche della risorsa ideale:Laurea in Ingegneria (Energetica, Elettrica, Civile, o affini)
Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli simili nel settore fotovoltaico o energia rinnovabile
Conoscenza approfondita del funzionamento di impianti FV e sistemi BESS
Ottima capacità di lettura e redazione di documentazione tecnica
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritto e parlato)
Attitudine al problem solving, spirito di iniziativa e capacità di lavorare in team
Disponibilità a brevi trasferte occasionali

Siamo alla ricerca di un* Grid Manager con esperienza nel settore delle energie rinnovabili, in particolare nel fotovoltaico utility scale, per rafforzare il team tecnico e supportare lo sviluppo di nuovi progetti sul territorio nazionale. La figura sarà responsabile della gestione delle connessioni alla rete elettrica, collaborando con gli enti competenti e con i team interni di sviluppo, ingegneria e permitting.
Responsabilità principali:
Gestire l'intero processo di connessione alla rete per impianti fotovoltaici, dalle fasi iniziali di sviluppo fino alla messa in esercizio.
Curare i rapporti con Terna, distributori locali e altri stakeholder istituzionali.
Redigere e valutare le richieste di connessione e la relativa documentazione tecnica.
Supportare il team di sviluppo nella definizione delle soluzioni tecniche ottimali per l'allaccio alla rete.
Monitorare le tempistiche e le scadenze previste dalle norme ARERA e dai gestori di rete.
Collaborare con il team ingegneristico nella progettazione degli impianti elettrici in alta/media tensione.
Partecipare a due diligence tecniche e alla redazione di documenti tecnici per partner, investitori o finanziatori.
Requisiti richiesti:
Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica, Energetica o titolo equivalente.
Esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente in contesti legati alle energie rinnovabili.
Conoscenza approfondita delle normative tecniche di connessione (TERNA, CEI, ARERA).
Capacità di analisi tecnica e di lettura di progetti elettrici MT/AT.
Ottime capacità relazionali e attitudine al lavoro in team.
Conoscenza fluente dell'italiano e buona conoscenza dell'inglese tecnico.
