Responsibilities:
Identify potential wind development sites and establish initial contact with landowners and local stakeholders - also with the help of the GIS TeamNegotiate and secure land agreements with landowners, with guidance and support from senior team members where required.Build and maintain relationships with landowners and local stakeholders.Support the screening and evaluation of potential project locations.Contribute to the expansion of the development pipeline by originating new opportunities.Work closely with senior colleagues to develop negotiation strategies and contract structures.Employment type

University Degree in engineering, environmental sciences, or a related technical field. Other qualifications with relevant development experience will also be considered also.2-5 years of experience in wind early-stage development / origination.Initial experience in landowner engagement and negotiation of land agreements (it can be in real estate).Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in stakeholder interactions.Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.Ability to work independently while benefiting from guidance from more senior colleagues.Fluent German and English..
