We are seeking a Regional Bridge Engineering Manager for Alberta to lead our bridge engineering projects and ensure the delivery of high-quality designs and solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of bridge engineering, from feasibility studies and design to construction management and quality assurance. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a diverse team of engineers and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to achieve project goals and maintain timelines. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of local regulations and standards, as well as the ability to drive innovation in bridge design and construction practices.

The Regional Bridge Engineering Manager will also be tasked with developing and implementing project strategies, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and providing technical guidance to team members. This position involves active participation in business development activities, including the preparation of proposals and presentations to potential clients. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with professional engineering licensure. A minimum of 8 years of experience in bridge engineering is required, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
