Follow health and safety, biosecurity, animal welfare and environmental protection procedures. Work cooperatively with colleagues, land managers, contractors and members of the public when required. About youYou should have a relevant qualification or practical experience in wildlife management, ecology, forestry, environmental science or a related subject. An understanding of field survey techniques, species identification and habitat conservation is desirable. You will need strong observational and organisational skills, careful attention to detail and the ability to work independently while following instructions. A full driving licence, willingness to travel and flexibility to work occasional early mornings, evenings or weekends may be required. Training and appropriate support will be provided to help you develop in the role.
