We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex development projects within the automotive sector. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, engineering specialists, and internal stakeholders to define objectives, establish project plans, and drive progress from concept through implementation.

Your responsibilities will include planning and following up on project scope, schedule, resources, risks, costs, and deliverables. You will facilitate project meetings, manage communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders, and ensure that decisions and actions are clearly documented and followed through. You will identify challenges at an early stage, develop mitigation plans, and contribute to continuous improvements in project methods and processes. Depending on the assignment, you may also support product development, manufacturing introduction, testing, verification, or system integration activities.

We are looking for someone with a university degree or equivalent experience in engineering, technology, project management, or a related field. You have several years of experience managing technical projects, preferably within automotive, manufacturing, mobility, or another highly regulated engineering environment. Experience with product development processes, supplier coordination, and structured quality work is advantageous. You are organised, analytical, and confident in making decisions while managing changing priorities. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to build trust with people at different levels of an organisation. Professional fluency in English is required; knowledge of Swedish or another Scandinavian language is beneficial.
