As an Expert Bid Project Manager for Modular Solutions, you will lead the preparation and submission of complex proposals for customised, modular products and services. From the initial request for proposal through to contract award, you will coordinate all commercial, technical and operational activities, ensuring that bids are developed on time, meet customer requirements and reflect a clear, competitive value proposition. You will establish the bid strategy, define the project plan, allocate responsibilities and manage milestones, risks, dependencies and approval processes.

Working closely with sales, engineering, procurement, finance, legal, operations and service teams, you will translate customer needs into a coherent and deliverable solution. Your responsibilities will include analysing tender documents, identifying clarification requirements, coordinating solution design, developing cost and pricing models, preparing schedules and reviewing contractual conditions. You will challenge assumptions, ensure consistency across all proposal documents and lead structured reviews to secure high standards of quality, compliance and commercial viability. You will also present recommendations to senior stakeholders and support negotiations, handovers and lessons-learned activities after the bid has concluded.

You have several years of experience in bid management, project management, solution engineering or a comparable commercial-technical environment, ideally involving modular, configurable or complex capital solutions. A degree in engineering, business, project management or a related discipline is desirable. You are confident managing cross-functional teams without direct authority and are skilled at prioritising multiple deadlines in an international setting. Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills, combined with a structured and customer-focused approach, are essential. Experience with tendering processes, contract review, financial modelling and project governance will be advantageous. Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are welcome. You should be comfortable working with standard collaboration and project-management tools and be willing to travel occasionally when required.

As Project Manager Modular Solutions (m/f/d), you will lead the planning and implementation of modular projects from initial concept through successful delivery. You will coordinate interdisciplinary teams, manage interfaces between engineering, production, suppliers and customers, and ensure that all project objectives are achieved on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Your responsibilities will include defining project scopes, preparing schedules and resource plans, monitoring milestones, identifying risks and initiating appropriate countermeasures.

You will serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing transparent communication and professional project reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with sales, design, procurement, manufacturing and installation teams, you will help develop practical, scalable modular solutions that meet technical, commercial and customer-specific requirements. You will also coordinate change requests, evaluate their impact on cost and schedule, support contract-related topics and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and standards.

You have successfully completed a degree or comparable qualification in engineering, business administration, project management or a related discipline, combined with relevant professional experience in technical project management, modular construction, plant engineering or a comparable environment. Experience in coordinating complex, interdisciplinary projects and working with international stakeholders is an advantage. You are confident using common project management and collaboration tools, have strong organisational and analytical skills, and communicate fluently in English; additional language skills are welcome. A structured, solution-oriented and proactive working style, combined with negotiation skills and a strong sense of responsibility, will enable you to succeed in this role. Willingness to travel occasionally, depending on project requirements, is expected.

As Lead Coordinator BIM (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for the strategic and operational coordination of Building Information Modelling processes across complex construction and infrastructure projects. You will establish consistent BIM standards, workflows and coordination procedures, ensuring that project teams, planners, engineers and external partners work with reliable, structured and up-to-date information. In this role, you will support the integration of BIM into project delivery and contribute to the continuous development of digital planning and construction processes.

Your responsibilities will include preparing and maintaining BIM execution plans, defining modelling requirements and coordinating model-based collaboration across all relevant disciplines. You will manage regular coordination meetings, review models for quality, completeness and compliance, and identify and resolve clashes or interface issues at an early stage. You will also oversee the exchange of project data through common data environments, monitor agreed processes and provide clear documentation of decisions, changes and approvals. In addition, you will advise project stakeholders on BIM methods, tools and best practices, support the preparation of reports and presentations, and contribute to the development of internal guidelines, templates and training materials.

You have a degree or comparable qualification in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, engineering or a related field, together with several years of professional experience in BIM coordination or digital project delivery. Practical knowledge of relevant BIM software and coordination platforms, as well as familiarity with open standards such as IFC and processes based on ISO 19650, is expected. You work confidently with multidisciplinary teams, communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and have a structured, proactive and solution-oriented approach. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities in a project environment complete your profile. Good written and spoken English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.

As Senior Project Manager Modular Solutions (m/f/d), you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of complex, customer-specific modular projects from initial concept through commissioning and handover. You will coordinate interdisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, production, logistics, installation and service, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality and safety standards. Acting as the central point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, you will establish clear communication, manage expectations and drive decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include preparing project plans, schedules, budgets and resource requirements, as well as monitoring progress and implementing corrective measures where necessary. You will identify and manage risks, dependencies, changes and contractual matters, while maintaining accurate project documentation and reporting regularly to management. In collaboration with technical specialists, you will review specifications, clarify requirements and support the development of efficient modular solutions. You will also lead project meetings, coordinate suppliers and subcontractors, oversee manufacturing and installation activities, and support commissioning at customer sites, including international assignments when required.

You have a degree in engineering, project management, construction, manufacturing or a comparable discipline, combined with several years of experience managing technically complex projects, ideally in modular construction, plant engineering, industrial systems or a related environment. Experience with cross-functional teams, international customers and contract or supplier management is desirable. You work in a structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented manner, demonstrate strong organisational and negotiation skills, and remain confident when managing competing priorities. Excellent communication skills in English are required; knowledge of German or another language is an advantage. A willingness to travel and a high level of ownership complete your profile.
