We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead civil engineering and infrastructure projects in the northern region. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for planning, coordinating and delivering projects safely, efficiently and in accordance with agreed quality, time and cost objectives. You will manage daily site operations and ensure that work is carried out in compliance with relevant legislation, contractual requirements, technical specifications and internal procedures.

Your responsibilities will include leading and supporting site teams, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring progress and production, and maintaining effective communication with clients, consultants and other stakeholders. You will contribute to project planning, budgeting, forecasting, procurement and follow-up, while identifying risks and implementing appropriate measures. Health and safety will be a central part of your work, and you will actively promote a strong safety culture on site. You will also ensure accurate documentation, reporting and continuous quality improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

We are looking for a structured and confident leader with several years of experience managing construction, civil engineering or infrastructure projects. You have a good understanding of contracts, work environment regulations, production processes and financial follow-up. Experience of working with earthworks, roads, utilities or other civil engineering activities is advantageous. As a person, you are communicative, solution-oriented and able to make sound decisions in a changing environment. You build trust, create engagement and are comfortable taking responsibility for both people and results. Good knowledge of English is required, while proficiency in Swedish is highly advantageous. A relevant technical education and a valid driving licence are expected. The role involves regular presence at project sites and may include travel within the region.
