The successful candidate has previous experience in a supervisory, coordinating or team-leading role, preferably within construction, installation, maintenance, production or another operational environment. You are confident making decisions, prioritising tasks and motivating others while remaining hands-on when required. Good communication and collaboration skills are essential, together with a structured approach and the ability to manage changing circumstances. You should be comfortable using digital tools for planning and reporting, and have a good understanding of workplace safety and quality requirements. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Swedish or another relevant language is an advantage. A relevant vocational qualification, driving licence and experience working with subcontractors or site documentation would also be beneficial.

You will contribute to project planning, budgeting, forecasting, procurement and follow-up, while identifying risks and implementing appropriate measures. Health and safety will be a central part of your work, and you will actively promote a strong safety culture on site. You will also ensure accurate documentation, reporting and continuous quality improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

We are looking for a structured and confident leader with several years of experience managing construction, civil engineering or infrastructure projects. You have a good understanding of contracts, work environment regulations, production processes and financial follow-up. Experience of working with earthworks, roads, utilities or other civil engineering activities is advantageous. As a person, you are communicative, solution-oriented and able to make sound decisions in a changing environment. You build trust, create engagement and are comfortable taking responsibility for both people and results. Good knowledge of English is required, while proficiency in Swedish is highly advantageous. A relevant technical education and a valid driving licence are expected. The role involves regular presence at project sites and may include travel within the region.
