The Mission

The Analyst will play a critical role in debt origination and execution, including acquisition financing, refinancing, structured debt, and corporate funding - translating commercial strategy into robust financial frameworks that support investor and lender engagement.
Build, stress-test, and maintain advanced, lender-grade financial models supporting syndicated loans, mezzanine financing, and structured debt transactions.
Develop integrated project finance models incorporating cash flow forecasting, scenario analysis, sensitivities, and capital structuring.
Translate commercial and operational assumptions into defensible financial outputs.
