We are seeking an organised and motivated Associate Project Manager to support the successful planning, coordination and delivery of projects across a dynamic working environment. The role will involve working closely with project managers, internal teams, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities will include maintaining project plans, schedules, risk registers, action logs and status reports; coordinating meetings, workshops and project communications; tracking milestones, budgets, resources and deliverables; and following up on actions to ensure timely completion. You will help identify risks, issues, dependencies and potential changes, escalating matters where appropriate and supporting the development of effective mitigation plans. The role will also involve preparing presentations and governance documentation, monitoring project performance, supporting procurement or supplier activity, and contributing to process improvements that enhance project delivery.

The successful candidate will have experience supporting projects or programmes, ideally within a structured or fast-paced environment, together with a good understanding of project management principles and lifecycle processes. Strong organisational, analytical and time-management skills are essential, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate records. You should be confident communicating with people at different levels, comfortable working collaboratively and capable of building effective stakeholder relationships. Proficiency in common project management and productivity tools is expected. A recognised project management qualification, or a willingness to work towards one, would be advantageous. Attention to detail, a proactive approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes are key to success in this role.
