We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and lead construction projects in Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of construction, from pre-construction planning and budgeting to the final inspections and project delivery. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with all safety and building regulations. Strong leadership skills are essential, as you will be responsible for guiding a diverse team, making critical decisions, and resolving any issues that may arise during the construction process.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proven track record in project management within the construction industry. Responsibilities include developing project schedules, conducting site meetings, managing budgets, and ensuring quality control of all work performed. You will also be responsible for maintaining documentation, including contracts, change orders, and daily reports. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, along with relevant certifications (such as PMP or CCM), is preferred. Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects will be highly regarded.
