Key responsibilities include interpreting drawings, specifications, schedules, and civil installation plans; establishing daily work priorities; monitoring production and workmanship; and verifying that construction activities comply with approved methods and project requirements. The Superintendent will conduct pre-task planning, toolbox talks, and site inspections; enforce safe work practices; track quantities and productivity; document daily activities; support change management; and identify potential schedule, cost, or constructability risks.
