We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a range of projects from initiation through to completion. You will be responsible for defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and resource requirements, ensuring that work is delivered to a high standard, on schedule and within budget. The role will involve coordinating cross-functional teams, managing priorities and maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining detailed project plans, monitoring progress against milestones, identifying dependencies and managing risks, issues and changes. You will prepare regular status updates and reports, facilitate project meetings, track budgets and resources, and ensure that decisions and actions are documented and followed through. You will also support the implementation of appropriate governance, processes and quality controls, while contributing to continuous improvement across project delivery.
The successful candidate will have proven experience managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies, planning tools and risk management techniques. Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to build effective working relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. You should be confident managing competing priorities, communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences, and responding pragmatically to changing requirements. A recognised project management qualification or equivalent practical experience would be advantageous.
