You will contribute to projects from initial feasibility and concept development through detailed design, construction support and completion.

Key responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing technical reports, calculations, specifications, drawings and schedules; developing design solutions for water, wastewater, pumping, pipeline, storage and treatment assets; coordinating inputs from multidisciplinary engineering teams, contractors, suppliers and regulators; and supporting project programmes, budgets, risk registers and quality processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating field execution, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. This role requires strong leadership, sound technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and subcontractors in a demanding site environment.

Key responsibilities will include planning and supervising piping installation, fabrication, erection, testing, reinstatement, and pre-commissioning activities. You will coordinate daily work fronts, allocate labour and equipment, monitor productivity, and ensure sufficient materials, tools, and resources are available. The role will involve reviewing technical documentation, identifying constructability issues, resolving site queries, and working closely with engineering, planning, quality, safety, commissioning, and other construction disciplines. A relevant technical qualification or recognised trade background is desirable, along with proven experience managing supervisors, chargehands, subcontractors, and diverse site teams. You should be confident interpreting piping and instrumentation diagrams, isometric drawings, layout drawings, specifications, and inspection documentation. Strong knowledge of piping installation practices, welding coordination, pressure testing, punch-list clearance, and quality control requirements is essential.
