Your leadership skills will be essential in directing various tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of water distribution and wastewater treatment systems. You will act as a liaison between management, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring clear communication and effective problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will possess a thorough understanding of water and wastewater processes, along with a proven track record of managing construction teams. You will be responsible for developing project schedules, maintaining accurate records, and conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance. Additionally, you will ensure that all team members adhere to safety protocols and best practices, fostering a culture of safety on-site. Strong organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, are essential for this role. A valid driver's license and relevant certifications in construction management or water/wastewater operations are required.
