We are seeking an experienced Expert Project Planning & Scheduling (m/f/d) to support the successful delivery of complex projects from initiation through completion. In this role, you will develop, maintain and continuously improve integrated project schedules, ensuring that activities, milestones, resources and dependencies are clearly defined and aligned with overall project objectives. You will work closely with project management, engineering, procurement, construction and other stakeholders to establish realistic timelines and provide reliable planning information for decision-making.

Your responsibilities will include preparing baseline schedules, updating progress, analysing deviations and identifying critical paths, risks and opportunities. You will monitor schedule performance using appropriate key performance indicators, prepare regular reports and recommend corrective actions where required. You will also support forecasting, change management, delay analysis and scenario planning, while ensuring that schedule changes are properly documented and communicated. As a subject-matter expert, you will contribute to the development of planning standards, procedures and tools, and may coach project teams in effective scheduling practices.

You bring several years of professional experience in project planning, scheduling or project controls, ideally within a technical, industrial, construction or infrastructure environment. Strong knowledge of scheduling methodologies, resource planning, progress measurement and risk management is essential. Experience with professional planning software and excellent skills in Microsoft Excel are expected; familiarity with cost control or earned value management is an advantage. You are analytical, organised and confident in communicating complex information to diverse stakeholders. A proactive approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment will be key to your success. Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of an additional language is beneficial.
